Where am I, what just happened?

I was warm, it was dark and comfortable.

Whoosh and now it is cold, bright and scary.

Oh, I can feel that heartbeat again, I like that.

Wiggle wiggle, I must find milk.

Sights, sounds, feelings, so much going on,

I don’t understand where my comfy little den has gone.

Wait, what is that strange noise?

Not sure I like that.

I’ll scream and someone will help.

It’s strange out here, they can put me down,

What if they forget me and leave me behind?

I best make sure that doesn’t happen,

She doesn’t understand what I am saying.
